Identity Verification

We are required to complete an identity check on all clients prior to commencing work.

You will be sent a text message informing you that we require a check via GBG Credas. This is to verify your photo ID and is necessary to meet our money laundering obligations. We are unable to commence work until this check is successfully passed. Please see the user guide below if required.

COVID-19

Our offices are open and we look forward to assisting you. However, keeping both visitors and colleagues safe is our priority. Please do not attend our offices if you have COVID-19 symptoms or should be self-isolating.

Wearing a face covering is now a personal choice, however, please continue to sanitise hands and keep a safe distance. We are also able to provide meetings via Zoom, Teams or Skype if preferred.

You can contact us by phone or email (using the email address of your usual contact or enquiries@peplows.co.uk). Please be patient, we will respond as soon as we can as we are experiencing unusually high volumes of both at present.

If you need to send information to us, please use our portal system to upload information securely or scan and email documents.
